Upon opening an account with Heritage Bank, customers must complete the required activation process to enable local and international transfers. This includes providing valid identification and proof of address, among other necessary documentation as requested by HeritageFBS.
In the event that your account is blocked or suspended due to non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions, policy violations, or suspicious activity, you will be required to pay a reactivation fee to restore access to your account. The reactivation fee amount will be determined based on the nature of the violation and will be communicated to you at the time of the account blockage.
Failure to pay the reactivation fee within the stipulated time may result in permanent account closure and further legal actions, if necessary. HeritageFBS reserves the right to change the reactivation fee at any time without prior notice.
NOTE:Fees for your account activation cannot be deducted from your HeritageFBS account, because your account is not yet activated, once your account is activated, all subsequent charges or fees will be deducted directly from your heritage account. Fees for activation will be refunded back to your heritage account, once your account has been fully activated.
Please note that upon completing the Change of Ownership form, your account will be reset to reflect your new details. This reset will include updating all account information to match the details provided in the form.
Once the reset is complete, your account will need to be reactivated before you can initiate any transactions. We recommend taking the necessary steps to reactivate your account promptly to avoid any interruptions in service.
Pending Activation: During the period when your HeritageFBS account is pending activation, no fees may be deducted from the account.
Post-Activation Fees: Once your account has been successfully activated, HeritageFBS reserves the right to process and deduct all applicable fees in accordance with our standard fee structure.
HeritageFBS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our website or services, including our negligence. This exclusion of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including loss of data, income, or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
